Okay, I realize I'm late for a Hump Day post, but, here we go!
This is a little excerpt from the manuscript I'm polishing and planning on submitting this weekend, The Invitation. I'm so excited to finally get this project out the door!

“I’m very much looking forward to getting inside of you,” he whispered in
her ear. He ran his hands down her sides. One hand cupped her backside. The
other tunneled between her legs. Her thin jeans offered little barrier to the
heat of his touch. “Soon.”
She sighed as lust warmed her belly, the ache radiating up to her breasts
and down to her knees.
He draped their shirts and her bra over his arm and steered them back
toward the house. After a moment, he said, “I love the way your breasts sway as
you walk. Are you warm enough?”
“I’m very warm.”
He ran his hand over her back. By the time they got back to the patio,
the sun sat directly overhead and had chased the last of the chill from the
air. Kade lowered the back of the futon to make a generous outdoor bed.
“Take off the rest of your clothes and lie down.”
Hannah kicked off her shoes and eased her jeans and silk panties down her
hips. Nude, she settled on her side on the futon. Kade watched every move with
an intent gaze.
“On your back. Bend your knees and open your legs.”
She did as instructed. The sun warmed her intimate flesh. She moaned from
the sensation.
He removed his shoes and stretched out at her
side, his jeans still in place. She bit her lower lip as he perused her body.
She barely knew him, but somehow that made her skin yearn for his touch even
more.
